Removing and installing complete

Special tools, testers and aids required
♦ Cutting wire with fixture, e.g. V.A.G 1351
♦ Adhesive compound Terostat 9120 - white
Part No. HHA 381 013
♦ Cleaning solution D 009 401 04
Removing spoiler
- Separate spoiler from tailgate by cutting off
(cut through adhesive compound).
- Remove spoiler.
Installing spoiler
K - Remove dowel sleeve -1- and clips -2- from
spoiler.
- Clean spoiler surfaces and surface of tailgate
with cleaning solution D 009 401 04; pay at-
tention to instructions of adhesive manufac-
turer.
- Apply adhesive to spoiler all round; pay at-
tention to manufacturer's instructions.
- Place spoiler onto tailgate (4.7 ± 1 mm from
edge of tailgate to edge of spoiler).
