Removing and installing central
tube/dash panel
Note:
The procedure on certain models may differ
slightly depending on the equipment.
Removing
- Remove dash panel ⇒ page 70-1, or 70-3,
respectively.
K - Unscrew bolts -2- (25 Nm) and take out sup-
port -1-.
K - Pull off boot -2-, slacken and take out air line
-1-.
- Remove restoring ring with slip ring ⇒ page
69-12.1.
- Remove switch below steering wheel
⇒ Electrical System; Repair Group 94.
K - Unscrew bolts -1- and detach wiring loom
with clips from steering column -2-.
