AT Command Set Operation
&Fn Fixed Configuration Profiles
The Fixed Configuration Profile command &F n loads the modem with factory-defined settings for
one of four fixed configuration profiles. For each fixed profile, the table below lists the each setting
with its associated AT command string. In brief:
• &F0 Selects asynchronous switched network operation, with V.42 error correction and
V.42 bis data compression.
• &F1 Selects synchronous switched network operation.
• &F2 Selects asynchronous two-wire private line operation.
• &F3 Selects synchronous two-wire private line operation.
