Always wear protective gloves when handling grease.
CAUTION!

Drive Chain

Apply light grease or oil to the drive chain after every 8 hours of operation. Operating conditions may require that
the chain be lubricated more frequently. Do not allow the chain to dry out.

STORAGE

It is recommended that the chain be removed from the machine, cleaned and stored in oil over the winter months.
Pivot drum until the cylinder is retracted. Ensure cylinder is full of oil.
and lines are filled by holding the valve control levers in the extended position until the cylinder fully retracts and
extends.
Install the support legon the mount located on the outer hitch frame.
The slip clutch should be removed from the machine and stored inside when not in use for long periods of time.
When disconnecting from the tractor for short period of
time, use the driveline holder. When storing the rock
windrower for an extended period of time, it is
recommended the drivelines be removed from the
machine and stored inside.

Service

SFT cones - periodically/regularly clean out the cones.
The drum should be checked frequently for wear. Teeth must be hard surfaced before the bare tooth
is exposed. If the hard surfacing is not properly maintained, highly accelerated tooth wear will
result.

If cylinder is not full of oil, hydraulic cylinders
