The code ':' between the beat values has a special meaning, and can
also be '!' or '?' (see Table 4.4 Codes between the values of beat-to-
beat BP and HR).

? Beat values may have become dubious, full arterial contraction is
close.
! Beat values are dubious due to arterial contraction.
