How to Start/Stop

For the safe use of type1 light controller, configure the start (power on) and stop (power off)
sequence described below outside the controller.

Turn ON the controller power supply and the I/O control power supply
Check that the operation mode switch of controller module PUM12 is set to "HALT."
When the G2-I/O expansion unit is used, use the same power supply system for the
main and expansion units, and turn on the power simultaneously (or in the order of the
expansion unit and main unit).
When a remote I/O system is configured with the TC-net I/O loop, configure the system
to turn on the control power to the controller and remote unit simultaneously or in the
order of the remote unit and controller.
Turn on the external power and load power to the G2-I/O module.
Use the common power supply for the external power and load power as far as
possible.
If it is difficult, configure the system to turn on the power simultaneously (or in the order
of the external power and load power).
Turn on the external power and load power to the I/O module of the remote I/O
node in the TC-net I/O loop.
Use a common power supply for the external power and load power as far as possible.
If it is difficult, configure the system to turn on these powers simultaneously (or in the
order of the external power and load power).
Turn on the power in the following order:
Caution
Power of the controller
External power to the I/O module and external
load power
If this order is not followed, accident or mechanical damage may
be caused by malfunction.
Change the operation mode switch of the controller module to "RUN."
Change the operation mode switch of controller module PUM12 from "HALT" to "RUN."
