How to Stop the Controller

Stop the Unified Controller according to the following procedure.

Change the operation mode switch of the controller module to "HALT".
Turn off the external power to supply the TC-net I/O unit and the load power.
If the external power cannot be shared with the load power, they should be turned
off simultaneously (or the load power and then the external power).
Turn off the power of the controller unit.
Turn off the load power before turning on the
CAUTION
power of Vm series for the safety of the system.
Otherwise, it may cause an accident or machine
damage.
Use the external power supplied to the I/O module with
the load power if possible. If it is not possible, configure
the system so that the external power and the load
power turn off simultaneously.
Turn off the power after the shutdown capacitor is
CAUTION
charged.
If the power is turned off while the shutdown
capacitor has not been charged, the memory data
or program will be lost at the next startup, which
may cause an accident, machine damage or
malfunction.
