3.10 Injecting Water to Expel Gas

Prerequisites


Procedure
Step 1 Ensure that the needle valve and exhaust valve on the pipe are closed and the chilled water
valve is in the 100% state, as shown in

Step 2 Open the main water inlet valve.
Step 3 Gradually open the exhaust valve, as shown in
the exhaust hose together.
Step 4 Adjust the air exhausting speed until no bubble flows out of the hose.
Step 5 After air is expelled, manually turn the chilled water valve to the 0 state.
Step 6 Close the exhaust valve.

Nitrogen must be expelled before injecting water.
To avoid blockage of the heat exchanger in the smart cooling product due to foreign
matter from the main pipe during the construction, you are advised to clean the main
pipe before water is supplied to the smart cooling product. Turn off the isolation valves
on the water inlet and outlet pipes before the cleaning and turn them on afterwards.
