Step 6 Power on the equipment. Choose Maint > Diagnostic Mode > Enter on the home screen to
enter diagnostic mode. Adjust the opening of the chilled water valve to an appropriate value
and ensure that no leakage exists. Confirm the setting and exit diagnostic mode.
Step 7 Tap Maint > Perform Maint on the home screen and clear the chilled water valve runtime.

6.4.14 Replacing the Chilled Water Valve

Procedure
Step 1 Tap Shutdown on the LCD home screen.
Exercise caution because the device is still energized after it is shut down on the LCD.
Step 2 Open the rear door, remove the air filter, and switch off general circuit breakers (AC1 and
AC2).
Step 3 Cut open the thermal insulation foam around the valve.
Step 4 Close the valves on the external water inlet and outlet pipes and open the drainage needle
valve to drain water through the drainpipe.
Step 5 Use a torque wrench and a common wrench to remove the adjustable nuts under the valve,
and remove the chilled water valve.
Issue 07 (2020-03-16)
The chilled water valve needs to be replaced.
A spare and functional chilled water valve is available.
Remove the water valve actuator before replacing the water valve, as shown in
Replacing the Chilled Water Valve.
Recommended tools and materials: torque wrench, adjustable wrench, bucket, thermal
insulation foam, utility knife, new chilled water valve.
Preparations: Maintain the rear door with power-off.
