Symptom
The humidity and
temperature sensor
cannot detect the
humidity and
temperature.
Condensate water
exists on the
surfaces of the front
or rear panels.
No water is supplied
to the water inlet
solenoid valve of the
humidifier.
The humidifier
water pump fails to
supply water.

6.4.1 Replacement Requirements

Possible Causes
refrigerant output are
generated.
1. Parameter settings on
the controller are
incorrect.
2. DIP switches of the
humidity and
temperature sensor are
incorrectly set.
3. The humidity and
temperature sensor is
faulty.
1. The operating
environment of the
NetCol5000-C is
excessively humid.
2. The temperature set
point is set to a much
smaller value.
1. The upstream water
supply is faulty or the
water pressure is below
the lower threshold.
2. The water inlet solenoid
valve is blocked or
faulty.
3. The cable to the water
inlet solenoid valve is
incorrectly connected.
4. The humidifier float
jams and fails to fall
down, or the cable
connection is faulty.
1. The water pump is
faulty or the cable
connection is incorrect.
2. The water pump is
blocked.
3. The water pump is
sealed by gas.

Troubleshooting
1. Check that the humidity and
temperature sensor is enabled on
the controller.
2. Check that DIP switches of the
humidity and temperature sensor
map the corresponding aisle.
3. If the fault persists after the
preceding operations, replace the
humidity and temperature sensor.
1. Enhance the airtightness of the
equipment room.
2. Adjust the temperature and
humidity set points.
1. Restore the water supply.
2. Replace the water inlet solenoid
valve.
3. Reconnect the cable.
4. Manually operate the float or
reconnect the cable.
1. Replace the water pump or
reconnect the cable.
2. Replace the water pump.
3. Restart the water pump
