Setting a Cooking Time - Manual Timer

1. Mechanical analog timers
2. To set a cooking time, simply rotate Timer knob until the indicator is aligned with the desired cook time. Time
immediately begins to run down when knob is released. When the set cook time expires the [READY] light
above the appropriate Timer will turn ON indicating product in that Basket is DONE cooking. If the Signal Switch

under Timer was placed in the [ON] position, an audible signal also sounds. Place Signal Switch in the [OFF]
position to silence.
NOTE: If the Signal Switch is left in the [OFF] position when a cooking cycle is started, a signal tone will NOT
sound at the end of the cooking time; [READY] will still turn ON.
3. To cancel a cooking cycle before it finishes, simply turn the Timer knob back to [0].
