9. OTHER SETTINGS
[5 Monitor Setting]: Settings for the monitor. Left-click this item to show its menu.
[1 2nd Monitor Setting]: When two monitors are used, select what to show on the
sub monitor. Restart the system after changing this setting.
[OFF]: Select for single monitor installation.
[Dual Display]: Main and sub monitors show different pictures.
[Sub Display]: The sub display shows the same picture as the main monitor.

[6 Timer Display]: Shows or hides the timer display, which
appears at the bottom left corner of the display. You can
change the location of the timer display by drag and drop. To
use the timer display, do the following.
1) Left-click the [ ] button on the timer window to start measuring time. The label
on the button changes to [
2) To stop measuring time, left-click the [
es to [ ].
3) To restart measurement from zero, left click the [ ] button (reset). The display
shows "00:00:00".
How to operate the timer with a function key
Timer operation can also be controlled with a function key. For how to program a func-
tion key see section 7.2.2.
To control timer start and stop from the timer window, do as follows:
1) With the timer stopped, press the function key assigned to timer operation.
Time measurement starts, and the label on the button changes to [

3) To restart measurement from the beginning, press the function key operated at
step 1 twice within one second. The display shows "00:00:00".
