Fuel Gas Piping Replacement Procedure

1. Required parts and tools used

2. Preparation for work

(1) See "1.Safety Precautions" and "2.Preparation for work" under "Basic Operations" in this manual.

3. Removal

(1) Remove the gas box panel.
Remove bolts A (10) and then remove the gas box panel. (Figure 1)

(2) Disconnect the wiring.
Disconnect the terminals of the fuel gas solenoid. (Fasten terminals: 4 places)
(3) Disconnect the fuel gas pipe
Remove the hose band from the fuel gas hose and disconnect the hose. Remove bolt B (1) and hexagon socket
head bolts C (2 places), and remove the fuel gas solenoid valve and zero governor integral part. (Figure 2)

4. Remove the pipe bracket

The pipe bracket (Figure 2) will be reused, so remove the bolt in the bottom of the zero governor.

5. Install the pipe bracket

Fit the pipe bracket that was removed earlier to the fuel gas pipe (new). (Reuse the bolts too.)
Install the bracket so that the ange surface on the gas inlet side and the bracket are parallel when seen from above.
