Fault Code Diagnostics
Diagnosis
The analyzer has detected that the level sensor
in the drain pan has been actuated.
The analyzer has a leak and the drain is
blocked.
The level sensor is installed with the wrong
orientation.
The pressure in the UV reactor has exceeded
the user specified fault pressure threshold
Setup/Tolerances.
The Automatic Gain Control level on the IR has
reached an unacceptable level
Corrective Action
Verify drain is clear.
Invert level sensor.
The reactor is blocked. Locate and remove
blockage. Possible causes are:
1.
UV manifold crystal buildup in the UV
block. Clean the UV manifold.
2.
Blocked UV reactor. Disassemble the
reactor and flush with water. If the blockage
is not removed with flushing, contact
technical support.

section 7.6 on page
116.
