1. Enter the Pre span period by pressing the UP button while in the Pre zero
period screen.

2. To change the displayed setting, press ENTER.
3. Asterisks will flash on either side of the setting. Use the UP or DOWN
buttons to increase or decrease the setting (1 to 60 minutes).
4. When the desired delay time is displayed, press ENTER to place the
value in memory.
Clean period is the number of minutes the analyzer is cleaning in autoclean
mode or autocalibration mode if enabled during an autocalibration.
1. After the Clean period is set, press the UP button while in the Cal delay
screen. The Clean period screen is displayed.

The Purge period is the number of minutes programmed to purge the
analytical system of any liquid before going online with the sample from the
stream port. Purging the system will ensure that the measurement reflects the
true value of the stream sample.
The purge function is used following an autocalibration, autoclean, single
sample analysis, auto or manual calibration, and validation before signaling
an online status.
1. Enter the Purge period screen by pressing the UP button while in the
Clean period screen. The Purge delay screen is displayed.

buttons to increase or decrease the setting. Acceptable values are
2 to 60 minutes.
