5.2.1.1 Alarm Levels 1 and 2 Screens

The first level alarm is a rising level unlatched alarm. At this level, alarm
output 1 goes into an active state when the mg/L concentration exceeds the
setpoint. When the alarm is activated, the front Panel LED (A1) will illuminate.
If the alarm has been mapped to a relay, the relay will reflect its active state.

1. To change the setting, press ENTER.
2. You will be asked to enter the passcode (1953). After entering the
passcode, press ENTER.
3. Asterisks will flash on either side of the displayed alarm value. When the
asterisks are flashing, you can modify the alarm level by pressing the
ENTER or DOWN buttons.
4. Enter the desired value.
5. When the desired value is displayed, press ENTER to accept the new
alarm level.
The second level alarm is also a rising level unlatched alarm.
Like Alarm 1 level, Alarm level 2 goes into an active state when the mg/L
concentration exceeds the setpoint. To access the Alarm 2 level screen, press
the UP button. Set the value as above for Alarm 1.
If no alarms are required, set the values high to prevent any actions.
The inhibit level is a TOC percentage of the analyzer's full scale range.
If the inhibit level is exceeded at the time of the scheduled calibration or
clean cycle, the cleaning, calibration, and validation cycle is prevented from
occurring. Use this feature to continue monitoring a high carbon concentration
even if an automatic clean or calibration is scheduled. Disable this feature by
entering 0%.
1. Enter the Inhibit level screen by pressing the UP button while in the Alarm
screens. The display will be similar to the following.

2. To change the displayed setting, press ENTER.
3. Asterisks will flash on either side of the displayed value. Use the UP and
DOWN buttons to select the new value.
4. Press ENTER when finished to store the new Inhibit level in memory.
