1.5 Scope of delivery and design
The Corrective System Joints feature an angle-adjustable (-20° to 120°) lock-
ing mechanism. The upper joint section and lower joint section are made of
light metal and anodized. The joint connection consists of bearing washers
(polyamide) and bushings (polyamide) and is fixed with a joint nut (stainless
steel). A hardened locking wedge locks the joint at the respective angle. Con-
tinuous angle adjustment is possible due to a worm gear (stainless steel) and
toothed wheel (stainless steel).
The joint is delivered ready for installation with a wrench for making adjustments.
