IRQ Map
Table Chapter 4 -3 describes the AT-bus IRQ map.
COM1, COM2, and parallel port IRQs are available if software does not
use the ports or does not use the interrupt.
PCI IRQs need to be mapped to an AT-bus IRQ. This is done through
the BIOS setup. Refer to Chapter 3 for more information.
