About this task
You can check the hardware vintage of the model before downloading the G430 software image
from the Communication Manager web interface.
Before you begin
Log in to the Communication Manager web interface.
Procedure
To check the hardware vintage, run the following command:
display media-gateway 11 and check the row FW Version/HW Vintage .
The system displays the following message:
Link Encryption Type: any-ptls/tls
Network Region: 53
Use for IP Sync? y
Recovery Rule: 1
FW Version/HW Vintage: 39 .11 .1
MGP IPV4 Address: 172.16.1.206
MGP IPV6 Address: fd00:db3:9:75::206

Note:
The G430v3 displays 3 as the HW Vintage.
