NOTE: Before adding any solid sample to the extraction pouch,
it is extremely important to ensure that the jaws of the extraction
pouch are clipped firmly together as shown in the picture below.
In addition, when the extraction pouch is loaded into the
cassette, any solid sample is contained in the space above the
jaws and not allowed between the jaws. Failure to ensure this
will result in the inability to mount the cassette on the XTRX500.
