Avaya IX CU360 displays a green icon to notify that a software upgrade is available.
Procedure
1. Do one of the following:
• On the endpoint main menu, click Configure > Advanced.
• On the web interface, click Administrator Settings.
2. Click Utilities > Remote Access > Download.
3. Configure OTA Update Enabled to Yes.
