Follow the instructions specified in the section Mounting the Module of the Sequence
Controller User's Manual - Basic Hardware in mounting or removing the module.
1. Since the DN611 is designed for the model 2000 of the Integrated Controller V Series, be
sure to mount your DN611 in the base unit, instead of using it alone. Don't use it for other
applications. Otherwise, a there is the danger of electric shock, bodily injuries, and/or
mechanical malfunction.
2. Be sure to turn power off (switch off the S controller and the network) before mounting or
removing the DN611. Failing to do so will cause electric shock, malfunction, and/or failure.
3. Keep the DN611 free of wire fragments and other foreign matter. Failing to do so can cause
fire, failure, and/or malfunction.
4. Secure the joints of the connectors and cables and the the DN611 mounted in the base unit
with stoppers or screws to prevent them from slipping out of place or getting unsteady.
If they are not adequately secured, vibration, etc. can cause trouble or malfunction.
(1) S controller power wiring
Follow the instructions in the section on power wiring of the Sequence Controller
User's Manual - Basic Hardware when wiring its power cable.
(2) Network power wiring
Refer to 3.5 Network Power/Grounding in this instruction manual.

Follow the instructions in the sections on grounding and installation procedures in the
Sequence Controller User's Manual - Basic Hardware when grounding it.

Refer to 3.5 Network Power/Grounding in this manual.
