Maintenance Schedule
A
Every 200 hours / at Least Every 12th Month
Coolant level and antifreeze mixture
Crankcase ventilation filter
Air Filter
Fuel pre-filter and fuel fine filter
Drive belts, wear and tension
Compressor, oil level
Seawater pump impeller
Sacrificial anodes: charge air cooler, heat exchanger and exhaust pipe
Drive-unit and transom. Corrosion protection (sacrificial anodes)
Reverse gear, oil and filter
Engine with reverse gear. Propeller shaft seal
Outboard drive, oil
Outboard drive. Lubricate propeller shaft and check for damage and corrosion. Visual
inspection of propeller shaft sealing.
Outboard drive, universal joint bellow
Outboard drive, steering cylinder bellow and ground strap
Outboard drive, steering positioning sensors
Outboard drive. Hydraulic cylinders, hoses and fittings
