oven, Platen, or transfer Line heater(s) is not responding
The following error will appear in Versa TekLink™2G when the Oven, Platen, or Transfer Line Heater(s) is not responding:
Oven/Platen/Transfer Line Heater Zone: Heater is not heating properly.
Temperature zone has been disabled for safety.
Heater will be disabled until the unit is rebooted.
Please power down the unit and check electrical connections, confirm the heater resistance and confirm fuse.
If the problem persists contact Teledyne Tekmar's Technical Support for troubleshooting advice.
runaway oven, Platen, or transfer Line
The following error will appear in Versa TekLink™2G when there is a runaway Oven, Platen, or Transfer Line Heater(s):
Oven/Platen/Transfer Line Heater Zone: A runaway condition has been detected and the heater zone is unable to
be controlled.
All temperature zones have been disabled for safety.
Please power down the unit and check electrical connections and relays.
If the problem persists contact Teledyne Tekmar's Technical Support for troubleshooting advice.
open rtd oven/Platen/transfer Line
The following error will appear in Versa TekLink™2G when there is an open RTD:
Oven/Platen/Transfer Line Heater Zone: Open RTD
Please power down the unit and verify RTD connections.
If the problem persists contact Teledyne Tekmar's Technical Support for troubleshooting advice.

how to Clean Carousel

1. Make sure the carousel is in the home position.
2. Inspect, and remove any obstruction from the Sample/Elevator Mixer Assembly.
3. Lower the Sample/Loader Mixer Assembly.
4. Remove the vials from the carousel.
5. Move the carousel to any vial position.
6. Make sure the carousel slot is centered with the sheet metal slot the Sample/Elevator Mixer Assembly moves up
and down in.
