BALLAST

SELECTING FRONT BALLAST

Add weight to the front end, if needed,
for stability. Heavy pulling and heavy rear
mounted implements tend to lift the front
wheels. Add enough ballast to maintain
steering control and prevent tip over.
Remove weight when it is no longer
needed. Front weights are available from
your dealer. Your dealer can help you
decide how much is required for your
particular application.
NOTE
628O545A
Additional ballast may be needed for
transporting heavy implements.
When implement is raised, drive slowly
over rough ground, regardless of how
much ballast is used.

SELECT REAR BALLAST CAREFULLY
Add weight to rear wheels, if needed, to
improve traction or for stability. Amount
of rear ballast should be matched to the
job; and ballast should be removed when
it is not needed. Rear wheel weights are
available, or liquid may be added to the
tires. Consult your DAEDONG dealer for
the correct ballasting necessary for your
particular application.
