1. Add the chicken, Thai peanut sauce and chicken broth to the Crock-Pot® Express
INGREDIENTS
Crock Multi-Cooker.
◊ 1 ½ lbs boneless, skinless
2. Place the lid on the multi-cooker and make sure the steam release valve
chicken breasts
is set to "Seal".
◊ 1 cup Thai peanut sauce
3. Press POULTRY and then press START/STOP.
◊ ½ cup chicken broth
4. Once cooking is complete, open the lid, remove the chicken from the Express
◊ 8 oz rice noodles
Crock and add the rice noodles. Place the lid back on the multi-cooker and set a
timer for 10 minutes.
Optional Toppings:
5. Shred the chicken with two forks.
◊ 1/2 cup carrots, shredded
6. After the noodles have been in the multi-cooker for 10 minutes with the sauce,
◊ 1/3 cup green onions, diced
remove the lid and add the chicken back to the pot.
◊ 1/4 cup peanuts, chopped
7. Toss everything together and serve immediately topped with shredded carrots,
diced green onions and chopped peanuts.
