Vegetable Biryani - Crock-Pot Express Crock Recipes

INGREDIENTS
1. Wash rice in tap water. Set aside for 15-20 minutes.
◊ 1 cup of basmati rice
2. Add ghee and canola oil to the Crock-Pot® Express Crock Multi-Cooker. Turn the Ex
press Crock on and set it to the BROWN/SAUTE setting. As the ghee heats up, 2-3
