DI IMPIEGO
Condizioni ambientali
ü Il riduttore non deve essere esposto
ad alcuna azione dannosa, ad esem-
pio da parte di prodotti chimici, di

requisiti può causare danni alla sicu-
rezza e alla salute delle persone.

ü The gear unit must not be exposed
to any harmful conditions, e.g. attack
by chemical products or atmospheric
- pollution, nor exposed to ambient tem-
peratures lower than -20°C or higher

ly intended for the purpose, in a poten-
tially explosive atmosphere or where
the use of explosion-proof equipment
ü Lighting
If the unit is to be serviced in a poorly
lit area, use additional lamps and en-
sure that the work is done in compli-

established legislation.
ü Noise – Vibration
During operational testing at the
Manufacturer's premises, the acoustic
pressure measured under full load at a
distance of 1 m from the unit and 1.6
m above ground level without vibration
was less than 85 dB(A).
The vibrations produced by the gear
unit do not constitute a health risk for
personnel.
- Excessive vibration may be the result
of a fault, which should be immediately
reported and eliminated.
3 SAFETY INFORMATION
3.1 SAFETY STANDARDS
ü Carefully read the instructions given in
this manual and those printed directly
on the gear unit, especially those re-
garding safety.
ü Persons charged with working on the
gear unit at any time in its service

ü Beleuchtung
Bei Wartungseingriffen in schwach
beleuchteten Bereichen, zusätzliche
Lampen einsetzen, damit der Vorgang
unter sicheren Bedingungen und ge-
mäß der von den geltenden Gesetzen
den kann.
ü Geräuschbildung – Vibrationen
Der während der Betriebsprüfung des
Herstellers bei voller Belastung in 1 m
Abstand, in 1,6 m Höhe vom Boden
und ohne Nachhall gemessene Schall-
druck lag unter 85 dB(A).
Die vom Getriebe produzierten Vibrati-
onen sind nicht gesundheitsschädlich.
Übermäßige Schwingungen können
von einem Schaden herrühren, der
sofort angezeigt und behoben werden
muss.
3 INFORMATIONEN ZUR
SICHERHEIT
3.1 SICHERHEITSNORMEN
ü Die in diesem Handbuch enthaltenen
Anweisungen aufmerksam lesen und
eventuell direkt auf das Getriebe an-
wenden. Besonders die Sicherheits-
anweisungen beachten!
ü Das für den Betrieb des Getriebes
verantwortliche Personal muss für die
gesamte Lebensdauer des Getriebes
über präzise technische Kompetenz,
besondere Fähigkeiten und die notwen-
dige, anerkannte Erfahrung auf diesem
besonderen Sektor verfügen sowie die
notwendige Ausrüstung und geeignete
persönlichen Schutzvorrichtungen zur
Verfügung haben und diese auch ein-
zusetzen wissen (nach ital. Rechtsbe-
schluss 626/94.). Sind diese Vorausset-
