6.3 SCHMIERSTOFFE
Vor der Inbetriebnahme des Getriebes den
Schmierölstand kontrollieren. Bei diesem
Vorgang muss das Getriebe in der Einbau-
lage stehen, in der es dann installiert wird.
Falls erforderlich, die Befüllung oder das
Nachfüllen ausführen, und hierbei als Be-
zug stets die Mittellinie des Öleinfüllstutzens
nehmen, der durchsichtig sein kann oder mit
Überlaufschutz bzw. Stab versehen ist.
Das verwendete Schmieröl muss neu sein,
darf keine Verunreinigungen aufweisen
und kann an der Einfüllöffnung oder über
den Inspektionsdeckel eingefüllt werden;
bau der Dichtung darauf achten, dass die-
se nicht beschädigt wird, oder geeignetes
Dichtmittel verwenden.
Der Ölstand darf niemals unter
die Mindestmarke fallen und ist
regelmäßig bei stillstehendem
Getriebe nach dessen kurzzeitigen Ab-
kühlung zu kontrollieren.
Keine verschiedenen Ölmarken
oder Ölsorten mit unterschied-
lichen Merkmalen mischen und
sicherstellen, dass das verwendete Öl
hohe schaumhemmende Eigenschaften
und EP-Merkmale aufweist.
Bei Getrieben mit Zwangsschmierung
muss auch der Ölkreis befüllt werden. In
diesem Fall die Vorrichtung kurze Zeit lau-
fen lassen und anschließend den Ölstand
erneut kontrollieren. Ist kein identischer
Schmierstoff zur Hand, muss das Getriebe
vollständig entleert und die Spülung des
Getriebe-Innenbereichs mit einem leichten
Lösungsmittel ausgeführt werden, bevor
die erneute Füllung mit Öl erfolgt.
