5.1.3 GEAR UNITS WITH HOLLOW
OUTPUT SHAFTS
- Before installing the gear unit by means of
its hollow low speed shaft, perform the fol-
lowing operations:
1. Use petrol to remove any anti-corro-
- sion coatings from the hollow shaft
and the machine shaft.
It is essential to avoid all
qualsiasi contact between petrol and
the shaft oil seals.
2. Check the hollow shaft and machine
shaft to ensure that the seats and edg-
es are undamaged.
To facilitate mounting hollow shaft gear
units on the machine's solid shaft, proceed
as indicated in the following diagrams Also
refer to Appendix 3 of this Manual for infor-
- mation on the preparation of the customer's
drive shaft.
Alternative method:
- The tie bolt (1) spacer (2) and circlip (3) are
not included in the supply.
Install suitable devices to se-
- cure the hollow shaft to the ma-
chine shaft axially and prevent
accidental decoupling.
5.1.3 GETRIEBE MIT ABTRIEBS-
HOHLWELLE
Vor der Installation des Getriebes mittels
dessen Hohlabtriebswelle sind folgende
Arbeitsschritte auszuführen:
1. Das eventuelle korrosionsschützende
Mittel mit Benzin von der Hohlwelle
und der Maschinenwelle entfernen.
Hierbeiunbedingtvermeiden,
dass Benzin auf die Dichtrin-
ge der Welle gelangt.
2. Hohl- und Maschinenwelle auf eventu-
elle Schäden an den Sitzen oder Kan-
ten überprüfen.
Zur Erleichterung des Einbaus von Ge-
trieben mit Hohlwelle auf die Zylinderwelle
der zu steuernden Maschine wird empfoh-
len, wie in den folgenden Darstellungen
beschrieben vorzugehen. Der Anhang 3
dieses Handbuchs sollte für die Herstel-
lung der kundenseitigen Welle konsultiert
werden.
Alternativ dazu:
Die Schraube der Zugstange (1), die Ab-
satzscheibe (2) und der Federring (3) sind
nicht im Lieferumfang enthalten.
Hierbei entsprechende Vorrich-
tungen vorsehen, die die axiale
Befestigung der Hohlwelle an
der Maschinenwelle gewährleisten und
eine unvorhergesehene Ablösung ver-
hindern.
