8.1 INFORMAZIONI DI CARATTE-

stesso non fosse in grado di offrire

visate o di fortuna!

8.2 SMONTAGGIO DI UN
RIDUTTORE DOTATO
DI ALBERO LENTO CAVO
ü Rimuovere il dispositivo che tiene fer-
mo assialmente il riduttore.
ü
essere effettuata direttamente sul luo-
go mediante un dispositivo idraulico
oppure usando il dispositivo illustrato

2. Albero cavo
3. Linguetta (non di fornitura)
5. Viti (non di fornitura)
6. Ralla (non di fornitura)
7. Piastra di reazione (non di fornitura)
Durante il processo di estrazio-
ne attenersi ai valori massimi
indicati in tabella ed evitare
tassativamente qualsiasi urto o disalli-
neamento.

8 REPLACING PARTS
8.1 GENERAL INFORMATION
ü Do not hesitate to replace parts and
components if they are not able to
guarantee safe and reliable operation.
ü Never improvise repairs.

ü The use of non-original spare parts not
only voids the warranty but can com-
promise gear unit operation.
8.2 DISASSEMBLING A GEAR
UNIT EQUIPPED WITH
HOLLOW OUTPUT SHAFT
ü Remove the device that secures the
gear unit axially.
ü The machine's shaft can be extracted
directly in-situ using a hydraulic ex-
tractor, or by using a puller as shown

2. Hollow output shaft
3. Key (not supplied)
4. Threaded rod (not supplied)
5. Bolts (not supplied)
6. Thrust ring (not supplied)
7. Torque plate (not supplied)
During the extraction process
observe the maximum thrust
below and take care to avoid knocks or
misalignment.

ü Das kontrollierte Teil und/oder die kon-
trollierte Komponente ohne Vorbehalt
ersetzen, wenn dessen Sicherheit
und/oder Betriebszuverlässigkeit nicht
hundertprozentig garantiert sind.
ü Nie improvisierte Reparaturen oder
Hilfsreparaturen durchführen!
ü Der Einsatz nicht originaler Ersatzteile
lässt nicht nur die Garantie verfallen,
sondern kann auch die korrekte Funkti-
onsweise des Getriebes beeinträchtigen.
8.2 AUSBAU EINES GETRIEBES
MIT HOHLABTRIEBSWELLE
ü Die Vorrichtung zur axialen Feststel-
lung des Getriebes ausbauen.
ü Das Abziehen des Maschinenzapfens
kann direkt an Ort und Stelle mit einer
hydraulischen oder in der unter Abbil-
dung dargestellten Vorrichtung ausge-
führt werden:
1. Maschinenzapfen
2. Hohlwelle
3. Gleitfeder (nicht mitgeliefert)
4. Gewindestange (nicht mitgeliefert)
5. Schrauben (nicht mitgeliefert)
6. Absatzscheibe (nicht mitgeliefert)
7. Reaktionsplatte (nicht mitgeliefert)
Während des Abziehens sind
die in der Tabelle angegebenen
Höchstwerte zu beachten und
unbedingt Stöße oder
tungen zu vermeiden.
