Tilt Motor Assembly

Vari-Lite Part No: 21.9704.0764
To remove tilt motor assembly:
Step 1. Remove yoke arm cover opposite tilt lock following the procedure described in
Covers Removal" on page
Step 2. Disconnect wiring harness from tilt motor assembly.
Step 3. Depending on the tilt motor assembly type, do one of the following:
a. Type 1

Note: All procedures are done with the power completely removed. Adhere to all warnings in this manual.

1) To loosen belt tension, loosen 8-32 PPB screw going into tension roller.
2) Slide roller towards outside of yoke arm to loosen tension.
