To replace driver board F:
Step 1. Remove 3 x 4-40 x 3/8" PPZ SEMS screws that mount driver board clamp and remove
clamp.
4-40 x ¼" PPZ SEMS Screw
Step 2. Disconnect wiring:
a. Orange/Red/Black - 36 & 12 VDC
b. COM in and out - Labeled OPT F & OPT E (note, it does not matter which goes in
c. Yellow/Black/Green/Blue - Top inlet fan
d. Sensor 1 - 2
e. Motor 1 - 4
Step 3. Remove 1 x 4-40 x ¼" PPZ SEMS screw and remove board.
Step 4. On replacement board, set dip switches as follows:
a. DIP SW 1 ON
b. DIP SW 2 OFF
c. DIP SW 3 ON
d. DIP SW 4 OFF
Step 5. Replace in reverse. Ensure wiring connections are fully seated into board.
