Reflector Assembly

To replace reflector assembly:
Step 1. Remove lamp following the procedure described in
page
Step 2. Remove rear cover following the procedure described in
Step 3. Remove both exhaust fins following the procedures described in:

b.
Step 4. Remove rear plate by removing 4 x 6-32 x 3/8" PPZ SEMS screws.
Note:
Drawing exploded and some
components removed for clarity.
Access 6-32 x 3/8" Screw Through Hole
Rear Plate
Step 5. Loosen 1 x 6-32 x 3/8" screw inside lamp base duct (as indicated) and slide colling baffle
into duct.
Step 6. Remove 4 x 6-32 x 3/8" PPZ SEMS screws and remove reflector assembly from hot box.
Note: Orient so notched corner is in lower right hand corner with tip fan duct positioned on top.Before
reassembly, be sure to clean any dirt, finger prints, etc. from reflector assembly.
Step 7. Replace in reverse.
