Step 5. On replacement board, set dip switches as follows:
a. DIP SW 1 OFF
b. DIP SW 2 ON
c. DIP SW 3 OFF
d. DIP SW 4 OFF
Step 6. Replace in reverse. Ensure wiring connections are fully seated into board.
