6-3 SPF-20A Installation

6-3-1 Installation of Infeed Conveyor Section (SPF-CV)

To connect the SPF-20A with a collator
directly, install the infeed conveyor section
(SPF-CV) to the SPF-20A.

Positioning pin

Install the infeed conveyor section to the
SPF-20A.
(1) Install the positioning pins. (on the front
and rear sides)
(2) Remove the six locking screws.
(3) Remove the front and rear covers of the
infeed conveyor section.
NOTE
- Stack booklets or sheets of 320 mm (12.6")
height on the floor and place the infeed
conveyor section on the sheets. The conveyor
can be handled easily.
(4) Put the infeed conveyor section on the
positioning pins and lock with the locking
screws removed in step (2). (Three screws
each on the front and rear sides).
