4-2 Stitcher Attachment

This section shows how to attach stitcher
heads to SPF-20A.
1.
Turn off the power switch.
2.
Loosen hold block with T-wrench from
the front side of stitcher. And slide in hold
block from the side of stitcher head holder.
CAUTION
- Insert hold block into stitcher head
holder completely. Otherwise, the
machine may be damaged.
3.
Insert driver into groove of drive bar.
4.
Align the stitcher with the clincher.
Fit the gauge (accessory) on the side.
Align the stitcher and the clincher so that
there is no gap in between.
5.
Fix hold block with T-Wrench.
6.
Attach the detection bar (accessory) on
the sticher head on operation side.
- Follow the procedures below to check the
position of the detection bar.
7.
Remove the sticher unit front cover (two
fixing screws).
