2-6 Fold Plate Gap Adjustment
Adjust the fold plate gap according to the
sheet thickness by 3 stps when staple & fold
or fold operation is performed.
Thickness:
Less than 0.5 mm (0.02")
0.5 mm (0.02") to 1.0 mm (0.04"): middle
1 mm (0.04") to 2 mm (0.08")
[Adjustment]
1. Pull the fold plate gap adjust knob.
2. Turn the knob and adjust the gap.
3. Press the knob.
Do not operate the machine when this
knob is pulled up.

2-7 Delivery Conveyor Setup

This section shows how to set conveyor
wheels position.
1.
Loosen lock knob.
2.
Position conveyor wheels so that the
distance from the ejection to the wheel
contact point is the length of the booklet
width plus 3 cm (0.12")
- Fasten lock knob.
