3-1 Test Binding

3-1-2 Adjustment with Touch Screen

This section shows how to adjust the sheet
skew, the stitch position, the fold position,
and the trim position on the binding mode
page of touch screen.
1.
Press "Adjustment" icon on binding
mode page.

Select the part which is required to
adjust.
Main :When sheets from collator are not
straightly fed to the jog section.
Stitch :When sheets of the booklet are not
jogged neatly, or when the stitch
position and stitch distance are
required to adjust.
Guide : When collated sheets hit jog guides at
the entrance of jogging section.
Fold : When the fold position is required to
adjust, or when noise is created in the
fold section.
Trim :When the trim length is required to
adjust.

Each section above can be adjusted as
follows.
(1) Main Body Position
SPF-20A moves back and forth. Adjust
the SPF-20A position so that sheets from
collator are straightly fed to the jog sec-
tion.
