6-3 SPF-20A Installation

6-3-3 Connection with a Collator

1.
Attach connecting plate.
2.
Raise collator delivery section angle.
3.
Adjust the collator delivery section
height and the SPF-20A in-feed conveyor
height with leveling bolts.
NOTE
- Level SPF-20A using 3 leveling bolts.
4.
Connect 2 connector to collator.
5.
Hang delivery conveyor on hanger bolts
NOTE
- When FC-20A is combined, attach delivery
conveyor on FC-20A referring to the FC-20A
installing procedures.
6.
Attach stack plate on delivery conveyor
and connect conveyor cable to SPF-20A.
*The connection of the SPF-20A with the HOF-30/-20
or ST-40 is explained in the operation manual of
each machine.
