3. Operation Procedures

3-1 Test Binding

3-1-1 Test Feeding

After setup, check the binding condition.
1.
Close all safety covers 1 to 4.
2.
Press "Motor" icon in the binding mode
page.
- Belt starts rotating.
NOTE
- In winter, the belt becomes hard and may
not drive when starting the machine. Set the
belt speed slow using the belt speed adjust
knob and press [Motor] on the operation
panel to drive the belt. Drive it for 5 minutes
for warming up.
3.
Press all tower calibrate button of
collator.
- One set of collated sheets are transported
to the SPF-20A and stitched and/or
folded.
