5. Maintenance

5-1 Greasing

5-1-1 Jog Guide Shaft

Apply grease on shaft monthly.
1.
Clean jog guide shaft with cloth to
remove dust.
2.
Apply grease on shaft.

5-2 Lubrication

5-2-1 Stitcher Unit Shaft

Lubricate shaft with oil monthly.
1.
Clean stitcher unit shaft with cloth to
remove dust.
2.
Lubricate 2 stitcher unit shafts with oil.

5-2-2 Fold Knife

Lubricate fold knife with oil monthly.
1.
Lubricate fold knife with 10 drops of oil.
NOTE
- Do not spill oil from the lubrication mouth.
