Rotate the timing belt by hand to move
the stitcher head so that the detection bar
comes next to the stitch distance home
position proximity sensor.

Check the position relation between
screw head and the proximity sensor.
To set the detecton bar in the correct posi-
tion,
- Screw the detection bar so that the screw
head comes to the center of stitch distance
home position proximity sensor.
- Check that there are about 1 mm gap
between screw head and the proximity
sensor (Not touched). If the distance is not
correct, loosen the block fixing screw and
adjust the angle of the block so that the
gap becomes 1 mm.
CAUTION
- When screwing the detection bar,
keep some distance from the proximity
sensor to prevent the bar hitting the
sensor.
