1.4. Air Requirements

It is important to the operation of the ANT130LZ that the air supply meets Aerotech specifications. The air
must be filtered to 0.25 microns, dry to 0°F dew point, and oil free (nitrogen at 99.99% purity is
recommended). Filtration is required to prevent particles from clogging internal components of the
ANT130LZ.
The low friction air cylinder consumes air as described in
Figure 1-2:
