RENEWING THE HYDRAULIC PUMP MOTOR BRUSHES
- Tilt the overhead guard to the 2nd detent.
- Remove the hydraulic pump motor brushes.
- Lift up the brush springs.
- Pull the brushes out of their guides.
- Renew the brushes.
2.7.3
REMOVING THE HYDRAULIC PUMP UNIT
- Tilt the overhead guard to the 2nd detent.
- Loosen the hose clamp on the hydraulic reservoir and disconnect the suction line.
- Screw off the hydraulic pump supply line P at the steering control valve.
- Remove the air duct.
- Disconnect the connector 2X7 from the pump motor to the main cable harness.
- Disconnect the speed sensor connector 2X2.
- Remove the cover on top of the sensor transmitter.
- Screw an eyebolt into the motor shaft.
- Lift the hydraulic pump unit out of the vehicle with suitable lifting equipment.
