ABC Codabar Dynamic Concatenation Timeout
This parameter specifies the timeout in 10-millisecond ticks used by the ABC Codabar
Dynamic Concatenation Mode. The timeout can be set within a range of 05 to 255 in 10ms
increments. A setting of zero specifies no delay.
