Adjusting the Front Wheel
Toe-In
Service Interval: Every 200 hours/Yearly (whichever
comes first)
The toe-in should be 0 to 1/8 inch (0 to 3 mm).
1.
Check and fill all tires; refer to Checking Tire
Pressure.
2.
Measure the distance between both of the front
tires at the axle height at both the front and rear
of the front tires

The distance between the front of the tires
should be 0 to 1/8 inch (0 to 3 mm) less than the
distance between the back side of the front tires.

If the measurement does not fall within the
specified range, loosen the jam nuts at both
ends of the tie rod

Rotate the tie rod to move the front of the tire
inward or outward.
5.
Tighten the tie rod jam nuts when the adjustment
is correct.
