We purchased the elliptical used, it was working fine when picked it up. However once we got it home and placed in it's new home it isn't working properly. Rge display does not light up and there is a rythmic thumping beat noise that stops when the elliptical is turned off. It was not dropped or did not recieve any blows. We had it tied down securely

The display not lighting up and a rhythmic thumping noise in the Pro-Form HIIT Trainer Lite 5.9 after moving it could be caused by the following:

1. Power Connection Issue: Ensure the trainer is properly connected to a power source. Check the power adapter and its connection to the trainer.

2. Loose or Misaligned Components: Moving the trainer may have caused parts to become loose or misaligned. Inspect and tighten all parts, as recommended in the manual.

3. Drive Belt Adjustment: If the rhythmic thumping noise persists, it may be due to the drive belts being improperly adjusted. Follow the instructions to adjust the drive belts and ensure they are correctly tensioned.

4. Internal Damage: Movement may have caused internal components to shift or get damaged, potentially affecting the console and other parts. If the issue persists after inspection and adjustment, consult the manufacturer or a professional technician.
