Do not use the Service Processor (SP) as the Network Time Protocol (NTP) server.

Workaround
Issue a reset-all command from the OBP (OK)
prompt and reboot.
Check for the availability of the latest controller
card firmware.
The PCI or PCI-X plug-in adapter card might not be
seated correctly. Reseat the card in slot 0 of the
IOU.
