4.1 ILite rental frame

Introduction ILite rental frame
The ILite rental frame is made of an aluminium structure and stainless steel to reduce weight without losing strength. This strong
frame allows you to build ILite LED-walls up to 12 tiles high stacked or 15 tiles high trussed.
There exist two generations of ILite rental frames. The second generation (B of image 4-2) has a higher preci-
sion, which result in seamless tiles. Both generations are fully compatible and interchangeable.

The top of the ILite rental frame is equipped with two identical locking mechanism which ensure a fast and secure attachment
between the upper and lower tile, no tools required. The rear right side of the ILite rental frame is equipped with a small handle
which operates the side locking mechanism to secure the rental tile sideways with the neighboring tile.
All sides of the ILite rental frame are provided with small positioning pins, holes and planes to ensure a precise positioning between
the tiles. It's important to keep those pins, holes and planes clean, otherwise seams will be visible after installation of the rental
frame into the LED-wall.
The bottom corners at the rear of the ILite rental frame are provided with mounting holes to insert the stacker mushrooms, which
are required to install the stacker system.
